Bhaumik Goda is a Partner at BGSS & Associates and is based in Mumbai. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having professional experience of more than 12 years in field of taxation and allied areas.

Bhaumik practices in the field of Domestic and International Taxation, with specific emphasis on business restructuring, international taxation, FEMA and tax litigation.

He is a regular speaker at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society, Chamber of Tax Consultants and writes regularly in Bombay Chartered Accountant’s Journal and other journals of professional interest. He has authored/co-authored following books :

Saumya Sheth is a Partner at BGSS & Associates and is based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having professional experience of more than 15 years in field of taxation and allied areas.

Saumya practices in the field of Domestic and International Taxation, with specific emphasis on transfer pricing, business restructuring, international taxation, FEMA and tax litigation.

He is a regular speaker at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and writes regularly in Bombay Chartered Accountant’s Journal and other journals of professional interest. He has authored/co-authored following books :

Prior to founding BGSS & Associates, he worked with Ernst & Young and KPMG for a period of 10 years in similar role.

Saumya has advised large number of Indian and MNCs clients on transfer pricing, tax litigation, international taxation, foreign exchange regulations and business restructurings.

Shalibhadra Shah is a partner at BGSS & Associates and is based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having total professional experience of more than 12 years in the field of direct taxation and exchange control regulations.

Shalibhadra practices in the areas of transfer pricing, corporate tax and international tax, foreign exchange regulations, expatriate taxation & immigration compliances and tax litigation.

He is a regular speaker at various study circles of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a contributor to various professional journals.

Shalibhadra has advised large MNC’s and Indian promoter companies in auto, auto ancillary, manufacturing and IT/ITeS industry in the areas of domestic tax, international tax, transfer pricing, exchange control and expatriate tax.

Malay Kalavadia is a partner at BGSS & Associates and is based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds degree of Bachelor of Commerce, Mumbai University.

Malay has extensive experience in the areas of corporate tax advisory and ligation, transfer pricing documentation and controversy management and tax due diligence.

He is a regular speaker at seminars organised by ICAI and contributes to various professional journals on various income tax and regulatory matters.

Malay has advised large MNCs and Indian promoter companies in FMCG sector, infrastructure sector, manufacturing and IT / ITeS industry and represented before tax and appellate authorities involving complex corporate tax and transfer pricing issues.

Prior to joining BGSS & Associates, he has worked with Ernst & Young LLP and Haribhakti & Co for more than 12 years.
